With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong educational foundation, Ramy has built a distinguished career centered on operational excellence, strategic leadership, and measurable business results.

After earning his Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Cairo University in 1996, Ramy began his journey with some of the most recognized brands in hospitality—including Hilton (Egypt), Marriott International, Holiday Inn, Four Points by Sheraton, G6 Hospitality, and Best Western Plus—across Egypt and the United States.

Ramy’s leadership philosophy is rooted in proactive revenue strategies, team development, and operational efficiency. His initiatives have consistently enhanced profitability, standardized training programs, and strengthened interdepartmental collaboration. As part of an Executive Management Team, he led the rollout of a company-wide training program that increased customer satisfaction by 39%, boosted revenue by 7%, and reduced expenses by 0.09%.

He has also overseen due diligence processes for business sales and developed strategies that helped his hotels exceed revenue goals for four consecutive quarters. Ramy is passionate about building high-performing teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving continuous improvement in every aspect of hotel operations.
