Fine Hospitality takes quality management to a new level with this Quality Inn, Placentia hotel, located in Orange County, California.


When Fine Hospitality assumed management of this property, we found this hotel was not performing to its significant potential. As a Gen-1 Fairfield Inn by Marriott, FHG rebranded the property to a Quality Inn hotel, a revenue decline could’ve been anticipated. However, despite the down branding, Fine Hospitality managed to out-perform by significantly increasing annual revenues by over $600,000. ​

Our approach was to bring in a seasoned General Manager with a strong operational background and a zealous Director of Sales, this combined with Fine Hospitality’s aggressive revenue management tactics we focused on corporate and leisure business. The mixture of a fresh renovation and an experienced operations team has proven to increase customer service scores and optimal sales performance, all the while competing with our Upper Mid-Scale neighbors.​

As a result of Fine Hospitality’s proven strategies, steady and disciplined operations, we’ve managed to rank #2 on Trip Advisor and within top 20% of the Brand’s “Likelihood to Recommend” score (LTR). However, what we pride most is the yielding of over 44% of Gross Operating Profit consistently over the last 4 years.
