Overview

When Fine Hospitality assumed management of Hampton Inn, Norco, CA, the biggest challenge was to gain vast results in a small town. This unique location prides itself on a rural and low-profiled atmosphere, therefore we had to work aggressively to divert business from nearby cities.

By bringing in an experienced General Manager with a strong sales background, we hit the ground running and developed relationships amongst our surrounding cities as well as actively serving on the board of Chamber of Commerce. Fine Hospitality consciously enhanced the environment by providing solar panels and enriched the property’s presence by renovating with Hilton’s Forever Young initiative.

​Despite the competing development of a Marriot Hotel within eye-view of the property, we were able to grow in revenue. As a result of our dynamic management and operations team, this location provides year-over-year RevPar growth of over 4% and a Gross Operating Profit of 42%, but most importantly, we increased a cumulative revenue of over $800,000 consistently over the last 4 years.​
