When he came to Southern California in 1989 to pursue his American Dream, he boldly ventured into uncharted territory, launching his first business in 1989 of Interact Computer Services in Santa Fe Springs, CA, moving on to purchasing Fine Line Circuits and Technology in 1991, proceeding to continuously increase the yearly revenue from $1 million in 1991 to the final business revenue of $10 million in 2003. His extensive relationships with Banks, Capital Markets, Relationship Groups, Investors, Privately Held Companies, and Private Equity Funds have been instrumental in procuring over $150 million in financing with Lenders to purchase and develop new and existing Hotel Properties. Ken considers his affiliation with the Hospitality Industry and various distinguished companies such as Marriott International, Hilton Hotels, IHG, Best Western International, Choice Hotels, Wyndham Worldwide, etc. as a matter of great privilege.
