Ken Pansuria -- President and CEO
Ken Pansuria is the President and CEO of the Company and a co-founder of Fine Hospitality Group. Ken has worked in Hospitality for 15 years. Prior to that, he has been a partner and founder of several successful businesses in the electronics industry. He has hands-on experience managing hotels as well as overseeing the overall management, operations, and financial management of Fine Hospitality Group. Ken is also responsible for acquisitions, development, and renovations on behalf of the Company. He holds an MS degree from California State University Fullerton as well as a BS degree in Electronics from MS University India. HE is a member of IHG’s Owner’s Association, AAHOA, and a charter member of the Society for Hospitality Management (SHM).
Nish Kharod-- Vice President, Operations
Nish Kharod holds a B.S in Computer Science from California State Polytechnic University Pomona and his MBA with emphasis in Hospitality from the same Institute. Nish Kharod has also earned his CHA certification from AH&LA and has successfully completed various certification requirements from the hotel brands. As a partner of Fine Hospitality Group, Nish Kharod also serves as Vice President where he is actively involved in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotels within the portfolio. Nish Kharod has extensively worked with Focused Segment Brands of InterContinental Hotels Group, Hilton, Choice Hotels, Best Western and Wyndham. Nish Kharod joined Hospitality Industry at the age of 17 working as a night auditor. Since then he has worked various position within the Focused Segment Hotels and developed a sound understanding of hotel operations. With over 18 years of direct experience in Hospitality Industry, Nish Kharod has helped Fine Hospitality Group grow from 3 hotels to current portfolio strength of 25. Nish Kharod also holds a thorough understanding in Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, Cost Management, Talent Development and Quality Management. Over the years Nish Kharod has also served as a Director for Choice Hotels Owners Committee, several chambers of commerce, is a member of IHG’s Owners Association and AAHOA.
Yash Patel CHA -- Regional Operations Manager
Yash Patel joined Fine Hospitality Group in May 2015. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Yash is a second generation hotelier with over 12 years of experience in the hotel industry working in various positions for multiple independent and franchised properties. Most recently and prior to joining Fine Hospitality Group, he was the General Manager of a multiple award winning Hampton Inn by Hilton. He is a very process oriented individual and strives to optimize hotel operations and increase profitability. He focuses on identifying and constructing standard operating procedures to best utilize the resources available to a hotel in order to streamline operations. Yash promotes a high level of engagement from each team member to deliver the best guest experience in order to increase guest satisfaction and loyalty. As Regional Operations Manager, his goal is to have each hotel in the portfolio perform, at minimum, in the 10% of their respective brands.
Gary Hattendorf -- Vice President – Sales & Revenue
Gary has more than 20 years of progressive hotel management experience, Gary brings a diverse background running full-service, limited and focus service hotels. Gary has served in various rolls, Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, General Manager and Regional Director of Operations. Prior to FHG, Gary’s geographic experience in hotel management covered regions in Southern, Central and the San Francisco Bay areas of California, as well as the greater Chicago area. Gary’s focus for FHG is driving top-line revenues at each hotel, through his team of sales and revenue management experts.
